yes this radiator comes with both oil and transmissiom cooler... perfect fit for my 2005 gmc sierra 1500 denali 6.0 engine

Oem fit and function

Radiator fit perfect (03 1500hd). No petcock but it's just as easy to pop off the bottom hose to drain the radiator if need be. Also, a petcock is one less place to leak. Radiator was double-boxed and packed securely. Price was way less (<$200) than local part stores for cheap aftermarket units.
