AirTurn BT500S-4 Bluetooth Pedal Page Turner DAW MIDI App Controller

I've used this pedal for over a year now with no issues. Its solidly build and sturdy enough to withstand gigs, travel and packing/unpacking.My only complaint is that it slips on hardwood floors so I added some rubber padding to the bottom. You can also install this pedal onto a small pedal board.Other than that the battery lasts for hundreds of hours and also comes with a convenient charger cable/plug. I charge it during gigs but it can last a few weeks without a charge.Syncs up easily with iPad via Bluetooth. Excellent product.

I know it's early however, this is the third pedal I've tried to configure with my Music Charting program. I've had the Airturn BT 500 for all of 5 minutes and the thing is connected and functioning perfectly. What a joy. A lot of tech really doesn't enhance the musical effort but this is a dream come true.

I’ve been using AirTurn products for many years.My older iPad and older Airturn would often have issues, so I purchased a new iPad Pro 2024. Still having issues I purchased this new AirTurn.It worked fantastic for 3 weeks, then all of a sudden it quit working with the Music Stand app, BETWEEN practice and playing live (30 minute timeframe).It wouldn’t work at all. I tried changing modes during the live event and powered it off and back on, with no luck.After making it past the event I tried everything. I reset booted the iPad, I rebooted the AirTurn, and even Factory reset the AirTurn. NOTHING!Just about ready to throw the AirTurn across the room I decided to REMOVE the AirTurn from my iPad bluetooth devices and then add it back.THEN it started working perfectly again.This is absolutely unacceptable in every sense of the word.There’s absolutely NO excuse for this type of behavior from something that’s required to get me through a live event.

Controller is sized just right. very easy to set up.

I'm very happy with the BT200S-4. I'm having trouble connecting it with my iPad Mini 4, but that's not my main device anyway. On my Mac it works like a charm, especially because I can program the buttons. I only have 2 comments, not complaints, about the item:1. I wish there was a way to combine both MIDI and Page Turner functions in one profile - like Buttons 1&2 would send MIDI commands while Buttons 3&4 still remained as Next/Previous Page.2. I wish the body wasn't plastic. An aluminum case would have been nice for more durability. I also not a fan of the soft buttons. Over time those are just gonna be holes as the plastic film that covers the buttons will wear away or even tear. Happens all the time with that material. I would've been happy with physical buttons even if they didn't look as clean.But still, I'm very happy I decided to get the S-4 over all the similar products. It looks and feels more like something a pro musician would use unlike the others that kinda look like toys. Still trying to figure out how to get it to work with Tabs HD on iOS, but support are very responsive so that will probably be sorted soon.

This has never happened with any audio device I’ve ever tried to pair with before. Do you have any idea what a piece of trash this thing has to be to fail pairing with a computer that has never failed pairing with anything else before? I’ve paired tons of cheap devices, some if which I bought for less than $20. I’m actually glad this thing revealed to me its true colors right away so I didn’t fall into the trap of believing it was a quality product. Instead it shouted out to me how low quality it was right away and that’s the only silver lining I see here because now I can demand a refund on this defective, overpriced product. I can’t believe how overpriced it is. I would place a value on it of no more than $20-30 and that’s if it actually worked. The manual/website is useless and I can't figure out how to enter a code with it. Obviously my computer thinks it’s a keyboard and there’s no way for me to type in a code with it. At least they gave me my money back.

This product is awesome!!! I use the OnSong app for my music and got tired of hitting the screen to auto scroll, or stop it and swipe to next song, or scroll to the next song etc. So I setup the footswitch 1 to scroll the lyrics and then stop when pressed a second time. Button 2 goes to the top of the page, then will go back to the previous song. Button 3 moves the chart down a swipe. Button 4 next page. So super helpful especially as a guitar player that needs both hands to play ;-) It's pretty small as well and has a 9volt plug so i can put it right on my pedalboard if I want as well. But the charged batter seems to last a really long time. Used it for 6 full sets so far and no charge needed. Great pedal!

Ho acquistato il pedale per interfacciassi con la mia chitarra smart Lag HyVibe. All’inizio ha funzionato dopo un po’ ho avuto problemi di connessione e successivamente il primo switch ha smesso di funzionare anche assegnando diverse funzioni. Ho fatto il reso per riordinare uno nuovo uguale però ora è previsto quasi un mese per la consegna, quindi di fatto tra problemi e riordino passeranno due mesi. Non sono contento di ciò.

Expensive but well worth it. Turns pages forward and back and scrolls page down or up.

It simply does not stay connected to my MacBook for long periods of time

Built for the road. OK, so I’m not sure why they chose a bottle green colour for this (!) but otherwise this is a serious piece of kit. 1 minute to connect to my iPad via BT, another couple of minutes to assign the buttons to the actions I wanted in ForScore, and that’s it. Completely reliable, solid and professional. I have one footswitch set for page back, one for page forward, one to enter performance mode and one to trigger my backing track for each score. Set and forget. The foot switches are solid under foot yet silent and look right at home next to my guitar pedals. Not the cheapest, but as a professional musician, it’s the unit I trust on stage.

Je l'ai acheté pour contrôler un iPad mini avec l'application 'Songbook' pour les paroles et les listes de morceaux. Je ne l'ai pas encore utilisé en live mais en répétition il fonctionne bien.Mon seul problème avec cela est que les pédales ont des fonctions prédéterminées, selon le mode global sélectionné. Ainsi, par exemple, la page suivante, la page précédente, le défilement de départ, le défilement de retraite sont assignés en permanence à l'une des quatre pédales et ne peuvent pas être réaffectés à un autre si vous n'aimez pas l'ordre dans lequel ils sont préréglés.
