My head size is 21.5", does this size fit accurately?

Yes. We have these caps for both my husband and me. He is 23 inches, and I am 21 inches and we both like the fit. By the way, can someone explain to my husband that 23 versus 21 inches does not indicate he has more brains than me. LOL

Can you wear glasses under these?

No, you cant wear glasses under them.

Do the fog up during skiing/snowboarding?

They don't seal around your eyes, they just sit on top and leave gaps between your brows and cheeks. So my expectation is yes they would fog up in the cold.

Anyone know what type of plastic these are made of? is it polypropylene? tried three kinds of glue to attach an el wire to the frame but nothing works

Not sure, I returned we're too big for me
