As usual, falls apart... but
As usual with GF pasta it does fall apart when cooked. My lasagna wasn't really "lasagna" by the end. But flavor was good, and it all tasted the same. Would purchase again

Couldn’t tell the difference
My 10 year old has celiac. Trying to find pasta that everyone in the house will enjoy and safe for her to eat has been a chore. Jovial has been the best. We can’t tell the difference. So far every pasta we have tried in this brand has been great!

This is a good replacement for those looking for something gluten free. The texture is slightly off, but this is as good as it gets when it comes to gluten free pasta!

We Waited a long time to find gluten Free pasta that we would like. We love jovial all of their gluten-free pastas. They don't get soggy or turn into mush. If you're a gluten free or not , you will love this pasta

Great foe lasagna
I used these noodles for veggie lasagna. These are the best gluten free noodles. I also buy their other products.

Not one lasagna noodle was unbroken
All the big lasagna noodles were broken in all three boxes ordered.

Best brown rice pasta .
It’s the perfect gluten free , corn free pasta. It took a while before finding lasagna noodles that are gluten free and corn free but these are the best overall ! Definitely recommend !
