My dear sweet friend recommended MoveMD. From the first day I started taking MoveMD, it worked immediately to relieve and numb my excruiating bone pain. so I can rest or sleep. I'm on the 2nd bottle now and changed my order to a subscription plan. It is definately worth buying.

This supplement definitely relieved my joint pain. It took a couple of weeks to kick in, as expected. By the second bottle though, I noticed that I’d been feeling gassy and bloated (apparently this is a side effect of glucosamine). I stopped taking it after 60 days and the bloating went away within a week. Unfortunately, the joint pain returned. I know this product worked for me but the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze. I’m going to try and find an alternative.

It's pricey but really does help. I found this out when I stopped for a week after taking it for several months. You don't always pay attention when things start to feel better but you sure do when the pain returns. Have a hard time swallowing them sometimes. Wish the dose was two at half the size.

I have a lot of joint pain at 65. I gave this expensive product a try. I have taken it 30 days with no improvement. I am trying 1 more bottle to see if it takes a little longer to work. One thing I have noticed is I am puffy all over. My rings are tight. Not sure if this product is doing it or not. I have never been puffy before. Will follow up in another month to see if there is a change. Update 90 day later. I found no relief from my joint pain at all. When I stopped taking it, my puffiness went away. So, this did not work for me, and I feel like a threw 150 away.

These are the best! I started experiencing joint issues about a year ago. I became scared when I almost dislocated my knee (that’s what it felt like), while walking down the stairs. I figured that at 43 I should not be having joint or knee pain. Anyway, I tried these and they work extremely well. No more joint or knee pain; no more joint popping sounds; no more feeling like I’m going to dislocate a knee. I’ve also given it to my husband who has arthritis in his joints (he is also 43) and he has not had any issues with pain since starting. We are on our second bottle now, so it’s been a little over a month and we are doing wonderful! I even started to run again :) Update: July 28,2121 They are still amazing - no knees pain or discomfort. I highly recommend this supplement. My husband and I are doing extremely well with taking 1MD moveMD Update: April 9, 2022 The company has changed the formula a bit and from time to time, I do feel some pain and the feeling of my knee wanting to dislocate. This happens about once per week. I've thought about trying something else because I don't understand why the formulate would change when it worked so well. Anyway, It still works but I would now give it an 8 instead of a 10.

I was skeptical when I read the reviews. 7 days for relief it can't be! But the proof is in the pudding - day 6 the pain was at its worst. Day 7 I woke up and was amazed. I could run down the stairs without pain! The pain relief continued. It stays at about 80-100% better than what I was. It didn't work quite as well as well for my husband. His pain relief is about 60-70%. Still better than what we were. I only wish they had a subscription with a slight discount. But even with out that I will happily order every 2 weeks! (It comes in a 30 day supply for one person, so 2 week supply for 2 people.)

I tried this product for my 93 year old father, hoping it would help with the swelling and pain in his knees, ankles and feet. After giving it 6 months we've decided there has been virtually no benefit.

This may not be that fair review for this product because my problems is aging fingers with arthritic joints. I think this product is meant for muscle pain and not things as specific as my fingers. And although my lifestyle would lead you to believe I should hurt all over my only real problem is these hands that I have beaten up for over 70 years and the joints hurt. So I would not discourage you from trying this If you have muscle pain or general discomfort, but it just does not do anything for my poor old worn out finger joints.
