4 Piece Rattan Garden Furniture Set – Outdoor Sofa, 2 Chairs & Tempered Glass Coffee Table, Durable Weather-Resistant Wicker Patio Lounge Set with Cushions for Garden, Balcony & Patio (Grey) | 4-Piece

Good garden furniture for a good price, perfect for the patio. Weather proof and easy to build .

We bought them for last year summer and they look very nice in our garden, value for money

First, this item is low cost and I purchased expecting issues. The positives: The item arrived on time and there appeared to be no damage to the outer packaging. Once it is put together it is very sturdy and does the job. For the price it is acceptable, which is why I gave 4 star overall. If I had paid double the price (some are), It would have gained 1 star. The glass top was smashed (see picture and below) but I decided to contact the supplier and suggest I would keep the whole item if they offered a part refund. They resonded quickly, with a very acceptable offer and issued the refund. Top marks for customer service team. Negatives: When I opened the box I found the glass top for the small table was smashed. It was under the settee cushion which offered some protection, but was sat on top of some of the frame pieces. Not a great idea. It would have stood a better chance if it had been sandwiched between the 2 seat cushions and the settee cushion. The bolts suppied to fasten the pieces together are good quality. However, the threaded inserts which the bolts screw into are tac welded into the frame at all sorts of angles. So, it is a good idea to screw the bolts part way in before assembly of each piece. This will give you an idea of the angle the bolts wants to go at. Otherwise you may be trying to screw the bolt in square-on to the insert and get it cross threaded. The stitching on the cushion pads is secure but as you can see from the pics, not great. The description should really be changed to "rattan effect". I can't imagine anyone would expect "rattan" at this price but even so. The "rattan" is basically printed plastic strips wrapped around a metal frame. All this said, for the cost it is acceptable and, if like me, it gets used occassionally, it should last years.

The set of furniture is okay, but the attention to detail is poor, one of the holes for the settee was not there and the cover of one of the legs was not attached and one of the bolts snapped off when doing the table , because I invested so much time in trying to build this thing ,I wasn’t going give up. I’ve got it so it’s functional but it’s a good idea to inspect all the parts to make sure everything is in the right place before you start, it’s a good job. I’m good at DIY otherwise I would’ve been stuck. I contacted The seller but 48 hours. I haven’t heard anything back so there we go. I will let you make your own minds up.

Excellent product only put it together today easy to assemble very impressed with it

Very nice and simple. Looks nice but horrendous to build. Many holes are difficult to line up and when they do, there is some plastic rattan obscuring some of the holes. 1 allen key which soon wore down and became smooth. Minimal movement/space so takes a long time to get the screws secure. Would not be robust enough to withstand young children climbing on it. Value for money....probably.

I feel sorry for the people who had such bad experiences with ordering this, it’s so comfortable, sturdy, and the came the correct size. No damage whatsoever. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and it’s very lovely quality for the price, doesn’t seem cheap or tacky. The assembly of the furniture was tricky you do need some strength to push the pieces together when screwing but that’s not the company’s fault.

I suggest setting out the parts first and assembling them as instructions as it is easy. I had one bolt crossthread but that was my fault for rushing to screw it to the well aligned screw hole and it made no difference to stability of the seat. It is a nice size and comfortable. I chose the colour grey and it fits in very well. Lovely little patio set, well worth the price.
