These tablets definitely work for me. They work in a very subtle way, so I almost don't realize I feel much better until I do. But they do make me feel better and pretty quickly too. The only thing I will say is that, although the flavor isn't a bad one, it's not great when I'm feeling nauseated. The sweet lemon is kind of sickening. I haven't looked to see if they have other flavors yet but I would love maybe a mint one instead!

This stuff really does help with upset stomach. It works rather quickly. You can take as needed. I had to take them throughout several days. The chewable tablets are easy to take on the go with you. Taste isn’t bad in my opinion. They are a bit pricey but worth it when your stomach is upset!

I'm prone to nausea for numerous reasons and this worked within 20 minutes. My nausea causes me to gag and have severe headaches and this medicine alleviated the uncomfortable feeling of being sick. The flavour is pretty strong of citrus but it wasn't a deterrent for me since I rather enjoy citrus flavours. The smell isn't strong or off putting either. But I'm especially prone to nighttime nausea and gag and cough every night and this made them stop as I said within 20 minutes which was very helpful. Update: I took 2 tablets a second night in a row tonight when my nausea was really bad. It also gets worse after I take all of my evening medicine and I constantly feel like throwing up and this time the tablets took effect within 15 minutes and my stomach has settled and I'm not even gagging or coughing. My headache was also barely tolerable and had been there for about 4 hours before I took the tablets and now it's mostly gone.

I’m still often nauseated a year after gastric bypass surgery (don’t be discouraged from the surgery — not my message here! — I’ve lost 100 lbs and am rarely using insulin anymore), but I don’t want to take prescription Zofran every day. This OTC med often solves the problem or quickly works well enough. I try an icy cold Alka-Seltzer sometimes after I take Emetrol (3 oz water over ice with A-S). The taste is, as noted in other reviews, sickly sweet. I buy the lemon. Note: Alka-Seltzer has aspirin, so some people shouldn’t take it.

These work okay. If you know you're going to get nauseated, I would say they work great (maybe it was the placebo effect for me, I am unsure) . If you are already nauseated I wouldn't say these help much. The flavor isn't bad however these are very sweet and they are just slightly larger than a tums. Not to mention the recommended dose is between 2-4 tablets for adults. They did help me not feel car sick, however I'm not sure if I would buy them again.

This is great for any upset stomach problem. I keep it on hand all the time.
