Historical pictures and short narrative.
Awesome pictures. Nice little book. Better than many bigger books.

Good but not as perfect as I'd hoped
Good but not as perfect as I'd hoped. Several picture captions either have inaccuracies or don't really address what's in the photo. I am a Pan Am history enthusiast -- this will not be a treasured addition to my collection of books

Pan Am
Excellent two dvds complete story about the famous Pan American airlines. I really appreciate this product since even though I flew on their company several times in the 70s I enjoyed very much discovering older planes like the B727 and lines over the pacific.

International Air Transport, at its Finest!
Pan American Airways was truly an international airline! One could fly with Pan Am from New York-JFK Airport to London, Paris, Frankfurt, Rome, Rio De Janiero, Buenos Aires, Tokyo, Manila and many other international destinations! My favourite Pan Am planes are the Sikorsky S-40, the Douglas DC-8 and the Boeing 747, the jetliner that helped to doom Pan American. I would have liked to fly on a 747, but most airlines have retired their 747 jets.
