When taken off the charger the box does not work, looks like a faulty docking station. The fast forward and rewind functions do not work. Went through trouble shooter nothing works to get it to work as specified. Trying to arrange a return and replacement looks difficult. This was a gift for my granddaughter who is almost 3 so how she could use it off charge is not possible

Good product overall and kids will enjoy it however don’t count on support from Tonie if you encounter problems like we did as they just direct you back to where you got it from rather than them helping

It was small and compact so it could easily take it away with us. It was an instant hit with my 21 months old little girl and she loves to interact with all the figures and leaning the songs

Arrived on time hence 2 stars but disappointed that the box doesn't work when it's not on the charging station.

Lovely product which we really enjoy. Easy to set up, the app is nice. The figures are cute. The downside is to skip ahead you tilt or tap the Toniebox. Tipping ours doesn't do anything other than make it beep, and to tap it hard enough to change songs you have to give it such a whack that I can't believe it works as intended. (You have to whack it hard enough to actually feel the speaker inside) A child definitely couldn't tap the sides hard enough to skip. I'd definitely recommend the device, but the skip forward and back functionalities just don't work.
