Worth it so far - always PREWARM (or cool) a thermos
Although I haven't used this very long, it's doing a great job so far. The pouring mechanism is a VAST improvement over the previous thermos I had (pop-up button type). The secret to getting the best performance from a thermos of any kind is to pre-condition (warm for hot stuff, cool for cold stuff). I use mine for hot coffee and let boiling water sit in it while I make the brew. Pour out the water (into the cup to prewarm it) and then add the coffee to the thermos. It stays quite hot for several hours. I took off one star for durability because I haven't used it long enough to know how it will hold up. It does well and is a good size, also.

Item arrived when expected and was packaged well. I was great to get the long-handled sponge which will make cleaning the thermos very easy. It was a gift and the recipient was excited to receive it. Would purchase again.

BITTERSWEET
Mom needed new flasks and she wanted exact model she was using before so after hours of research found this solo made in china item from FIJOO company. EVERYTHING LOOKS STRONG AND WELL MADE & Comes with CLEANING BRUSH inside the flask. HOWEVER sadly the heat retention is barely 4 hours or so even in the summer time as reported by mom after multiple days of usage when she makes her favorite coffee and carries it to work… old flask she had kept it warm for 12+ hours but despite looking the same & also made in china like last one comparatively fails to meet expectations and needs… **Had bought 2 x 1000ml ones so kept the used one & returned the unused spare** Airtight & Leakproof Lid with Easy Pouring option though… maybe it could last longer with thermal bags or other external insulators… but if u only need upto 4 hours then it should be good enough
