Amazing work . I wore these for country fest in Nashville with iffy boots I knew the boots weren’t the best due to ankle discomfort and I’m so glad I found these . I put one on each side of my ankles (one pack includes four gels) and then added long supportive socks to maintain them from moving around and they worked like a charm . Glad I found these . Not big on reviews but I will for this one

These were nice, thick gel pads but unfortunately didn’t stick well to my CAM boot. The pieces shifted or fell out when using them. I was really hoping these would improve my comfort post surgery, but no luck. This was a miss.

Decent thickness, they do help protect my ankles when they stay in place. That being said, they don't stay in place well unless you're wearing very tight socks. Keeping around in case they work better in different shoes.

These work great and last a long time.

I used these in a pair of Antik AR1 skates that were beginning to dry rot. They allowed me to skate without pain for a few more months until I could replace the boots. They stayed in place for a 2 hour practice and majorly reduced the pain and pressure points.

I bought these, along with a few other products, to help my ankles out with a rough pair of skates that I own. These were exactly what I needed as they help take the pressure off of my ankle bone and keep the skate material from rubbing my ankle skin. they're just four clear gel discs that come in plastic zip bags. My only complaint is I have to put them under my socks, and sometimes when I sweat they slide around. I started to use ace bandages in order to keep them in place, but that hasn't taken away from their effectiveness. They do get dirty quick, and will get lint and dirt stuck to them pretty easily, but cleaning them with some warm water takes that away with no problem and retains their adhesiveness. I would definitely recommend this product for those suffering from tight shoes and skates around the ankle.

These little ankle pads are real GameChanger. I don’t need them to just take a 30 minute skating class, but if I wanna be on the ice for a 2 hour community skate session with my kids, I will 100% have blisters by the end if I don’t wear these. They’re very comfortable and don’t affect the fit of my skates. I’m a beginner level skater. I also where the toeless nylon “socks” on top of these with that have gel pads in them for the front lower part of your shin, to prevent the pinch of “lace bite”. They work as a good team to make skating comfortable and they help hold the discs in place on my ankles. Best product ever for relieving skate boot pain. Every hockey store should carry these. Much better product than anything found in my local skate shop.

スキーのブーツであたりが出てしまい、こちらを購入しました。 足に貼り付けて位置がずれないように靴下を履くのが面倒です。厚みがありますが弾力性があるのでブーツを普段どおりの位置で締めても圧迫感がなく、痛みがほとんどなくなりました。ブーツのインナーにドーナツ型にして貼り付けるタイプのパッドも試しましたが、そちらはブーツを締めると圧迫感が強く、うっ血して足がしびれてしまいましたが、こちらのシリコンパッドはそれがなかったです。洗って使いまわしてます。

Worked great! Provided the comfort where I needed it. Stayed in place beneath a form-fitting sock/sleeve. They were a bit sticky, at first, right out of the package, but as advertised, these are non-adhesive. Very squishy and did not change the fit of my skate. Exactly what I was looking for.
