I received this product for free through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I selected this product myself. I chose this product to soothe irritated nipples from breastfeeding, and I wish I had used this sooner. The packaging was minimal, rather than excessive. A small storage pouch was included for when the nipple covers aren't in use. I've used these nipple covers for about a month, but they made a big difference within a few days of use. My nipples felt more hydrated, less itchy, and less painful. I've used various nipple creams over several months and this was much more effective. The nipple covers are simple to use, and simple to clean and maintain. I recommend these nipple covers to anyone with chafed, irritated nipples, breastfeeding or not. If you have nipple thrush or suspect you may, I wouldn't recommend this as the moist environment may make it worse. My wife is no stranger to silver cups which these are another offering of. I can't comment on any healing properties from the actual silver that some manufacturers claim but I can confirm they do work effectively at reducing soreness from the coolness and of course protecting the nipples by providing a barrier with clothing. We have found that just prior to breastfeeding, putting them in the freezer just before makes them feel even more effective.

I honestly didn’t find it as effective as pure 925 silver. It feels light and plasticky as well, although it’s not. It’s like a silver dipped copper - should be much cheaper than the price point. It does the job, however

These are really great for easing the nipples when breastfeeding, especially in the earlier days when they're still getting used to the little one and are more likely to get raw and hurt. The silver is cool to the touch and pretty much works instantly, soothing the nipples and providing relief. Silver is naturally antimicrobial, which is perfect for cracked skin, so it's no wonder that we've had success with these. Even though they're not needed as much as my partner has gotten used to everything and her skin has naturally hardened, these are great for every now and again even as a but of a soothing preventative measure. They are very low profile too so can be work out and about.

Ben helemaal niet van de reviews, maar wil toch echt even delen hoe fijn dit product is! Dit is mijn tweede kindje en ondanks dat ik de voedtechieken aardig onder de knie heb, kreeg ik kloven door het verkeerd aanhappen bij stuwing en trok ik de korstjes telkens kapot in de zoogcompressen. Ik gebruik de hoedjes nu 2,5 dag en merk al enorm verschil. Aan een kant is het wondje al vrijwel geheel weg en aan de andere kant is de pijn bij het voeden aanzienlijk minder geworden. Je hoeft niet bloot ‘aan de lucht te drogen’ zoals de vk en kraamzorg veel aanbevelen. Je ziet ze nauwelijks in kleding. Misschien alleen bij een mega strakke top. Moeite waard!
