Best gluten free alternative for breakfast!
It is a great gluten free alternative for breakfast (regardless of if you lift or not). Tastes very decent in my opinion and you get loads for your money. It is more expensive than a bag of oats but it serves my stomach better than a lot of other breakfast options. Furthermore it mixes lovely with some protein powder and is a banging pre workout bit of grub.

Weird and overly sweet
Thought it was ok but the more I've tried it, the less I've liked it. Tastes ok initially but the after taste is a weird artificial, overly sweet one. It's as if you can taste the sweetener. I will not be buying again.
