Q: How good is this product at "gripping" the court?

Not an expert, but I bought this to play on an outdoor pickle-ball court, and it grips very nicely. No sliding whatsoever. And the impact absorption is very nice.

Q: What is the width? do you have narrow?

I have narrow feet and find this shoe fits perfectly due to the sock like make. Would size down a half size to prevent heel slippage

Q: I tried running in these shoes and they are very uncomfortable, causing me incredible ankle pain. Just not right for my foot. Can I return?

Depends on how long you have had Amazon will refund only if you send back in original packing if not they will give you credit
