Good Support in Arduino
The dev kit that arrived is pretty much as described. The product comes with no documentation, but searching "HTCC-AB02S" with your favorite search engine quickly takes you to the docs for that dev board and the necessary instructions for Arduino and Github. You have to install the Windows driver for the CP2102 USB serial bridge. I recommend getting that driver straight from Silicon Labs to avoid the risk of installing more than you bargained for. Linux kernels already have the necessary driver (unless your build has it disabled for some reason). You can do a quick test of the dev board by opening a serial console (e.g., Putty) and plugging the USB cable in. Set Putty to 115200 bps and you'll see some messages.Once you find the sample Arduino programs you'll be good to go, but don't expect to know what to do with this module based on the information it comes with (none) or the information in the product listing (not enough).

Good module, bad documentation
The hardware you get is fine - it seems to work as advertised, and I've been able to test out all of the basics. The documentation, however, is lacking. There are broken links and bad translations and the bulk of what you'd want to know to really make use of it just isn't there. This is basically a starter kit that will let you use some OTHER tutorial to get started. They give you some very basic Arduino examples, once you get through a somewhat convoluted installation process, but no explanation of anything. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.
