I was feeling desperate when I recently noticed that I had completely run out of black eyeliners. This situation has never happened to me before, probably because I am so obsessed with eyeliner, I probably have every single shade, tone, & color that’s available in the marketplace. Also, whenever I would run into eyeliner sets, I basically always bought them. So since I am lucky enough to have just returned to Amazon after going through a rough patch in my life, so I searched for creamy black eyeliners & stumbled upon this set. Of course, after seeing the way they are made and so different from 99.999% of black eyeliners out there, I quickly hit the “Buy Now” button and I am so pleased with this purchase, these are so much fun to use & experiment with!! They also have staying power so strong, I couldn’t believe that it stayed on & I woke up with zero smudges! These pencils are so dang amazing, I would highly recommend them for the makeup artist living inside every one of us! Oh, and pay attention to the Silver liner…it glides on so super smooth & only take about 30 seconds to set itself. It’s even more gorgeous when you smudge (or smoke) out the sharp edges of your eyeliner, especially on the bottom eyelid space. It will either soften your look or make you look kinda like Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean lol. So overall, these are a beautiful choice for pencil liners. The ability to lay it down horizontally , it’s easy enough to completely create a smoky eye, using this liner as an eyeshadow. That’s what I like to do with these, create looks that are very simple to make, but look like it was applied by a professional artist. Thank you!!!

If your eyes run on the wetter side then just be mindful as it does smudge a little but it is long lasting in the waterline and glides on beautifully! This is a staple in my everyday makeup.

For reference: I am a former model who has decades of experience with doing my own makeup to be "camera ready". I am not new to eyeliner and know a good product when I find one. This ain't it! Just got this product in and wore it tonight for a dinner event. It does not last and does not stay put. It runs and creates smudge all over. Makes you look like modern day Britney Spears (not in a good way- the way she looks like she has two-day old eyeliner under her eyes while dancing on IG). Within an hour you will look like you had a "rough night" out, despite the fact it's 6pm, you just arrived and you're totally sober. This product is awful. I've never come to Amazon to leave a review so quickly... I just don't want anyone else wasting their money. Wish I could return it but I already opened and used it. Such a waste of money.

I love the concept of the pencil design, the colors are bold, being waterproof is a PLUS, but the negative side that I find is that it’s not Smudge Proof. I have to keep on cleaning up the smudging and for me, that’s a BIG INCONVENIENCE 😔

They glide on perfect but if you plan on being out and sweating or outdoors, don't wear this one. I walked out the door feeling glamorous, and came back home looking like "Bozo the Clown". Just wear it out to dinner or indoors. It's a very light texture almost like a gel pencil.

Great value, but the colors would not stick. They come off very light. I wouldn’t recommend was not happy with. The colors would not stay on.
