I /love/ Caron simply soft because it is so soft and has such fun and bright colors. I used this for a blanket cardigan for my sister. I bought too much, so I also made a baby blanket for my nephew. I always shop for simply soft first.

Very easy to use

I was familiar with this yarn, have knitted with in past. Ordered on line for color and convenience.Paid a little more for the convenience.It is super soft and makes a nice finished product. Knitted caps for Veteran’s to use during chemo treatments or given to homeless Veteran’s. The organization collecting these caps has Caron Simply Soft listed as one of yarns to use. Knots of Love collecting and distributing the donated hats.

I used this yarn to crochet a slouchy beanie. I like how it came out and is very warm.

I love Caron simply soft. Such a great weight, you can make a variety of items and it all be a perfect fit. It makes awesome mittens, would make nice pillow cases and rugs with the texture. I've used 18 balls of this yarn to make a blanket, the softness is amazing and its just nice. The quality is okay because throughout each ball of yarn there are super thin pieces and then a few stitches later the yarn is so thick it looks like a tangled knotted mess. Unless you don't want to waists about 1/8th or more of each ball, the thickness in your products will not be consistent. But the yarn is soft, and cheap so I will keep purchasing every so often, I just hope the consistency is looked at.

Splits too easy

Sturdy yarn. Each skein comes in its own plastic wrapping. The one issue with the yarn is there was a small, about 2 feet of yarn tangled within the skein so pulling the yarn from the inside string came to a halt because that piece of yarn had to be untangled. Hopefully that was a one time occurrence. Love the color cream white with flecks of brown. The yarn itself is quite soft. Perfect for baby skin and anything that goes around the neckI purchased 4 skeins and overall am happy with this product.

Really soft and great to work with

I like the look of this yarn very much. Am using it as a lap-size blanket for seniors and it's perfect for that.However, as a mother, I don't recommend it for infants or babies because some of the flecks of colour in the yarn aren't perfectly attached so partly stick out and even fall off. Were it not for that, I would give it 5 stars. Not all flecks detach themselves of course. I won't hesitate to use it again with patterns that will be enhanced by it.

This yarn not only separates easily but also knots up and is difficult to undo. Pretty light weight .

Se teje bien. Solo que a veces se abren un.pocos los hilos del estambre. Pero se ve muy bien.
