I’ve been taking this product for a little over three months now, and I’m very happy with the results thus far. While I originally began using collagen for hair growth support, I’ve noticed other unexpected benefits, such as reduced fine lines around my eyes and a softening of the deeper wrinkles around my mouth area. The only down side is that the recommended dosage is 6 tablets a day, that can be taken all at once or spread throughout the day. I have been using the Youtheory Advanced Collagen for about 5 months now and people have been complimenting my hair daily. Two women I work with started using it after they saw how much my hair has grown so quickly and it also seems to have thickened my hair. My hair is growing so fast! They are big pills and it is suggested to take 6 per day. I only take 4 per day, 2 in the morning and 2 after lunch. That seems to be enough for me, but that is only my experience. There is no taste or smell. The value for the price is great! My fingernails are growing faster than normal, but not a drastic change. All in all, I am very happy with the results.

Love the quality and price, only drawback is how many I have to take daily and the size of the caplets. Pretty big....

It's been taking over 7days .I feel not bad with this collagen .I also been taking another collagen, Zammex .today Youtheory and next day, Zammex. Both has high contents in collagen. Zammex has 10g and Youtherory has 6000mg .I like to take collagen has high contents because ,much more effective! I felt my Skin got more smoth and softer and a bit tighter .I will see more after I finish taking! I want to keep taking both products.

Large pills, and supposed to take SIX per day (I only take two). Otherwise, good product, good service.

My hair has gotten soft. Enjoying the effectiveness and the value for the money is worth it for the benefits.

Helps with stronger nails and nice skin. It does also seem to help my hair. Grow faster. Though it recommends more are usually only take two or three capsules a day.

Make sure you notice that you have to take 6 capsules per day. I did not notice and regret it.

Let me say this, right out of the box, that it is a great product. I've been taking them for while now. I would like to say I'd noticed a dramatic difference like many of the reviewers, I'd noticed a huge difference while taking them as far as shape of my face and quality of my skin was concerned. This product actually made my nails healthier, though haven't seen much difference in hair growth, but than again you win some and loose some 😄. It has even faded sun spots on my face as well. Only other thing that's bit negative if any having to take six pills of it a day is a bummer, but love the product.
