Does not work in iPhone 7 as some have stated. Volume buttons don't line up and camera is partially blocked. Gave to my wife and works pretty good. Battery and wifi turn on if bumped in pocket or purse. Can get hot if you have both on. Great to have the storage for snapping pics but wish the camera app had all the features of the apple app. Easier way to lock it in off position would be great update. Case slides off easily which can lead to charging the case but not the phone.UPDATE: runs hot when in use. Photos work okay but when using the photo and video apps to save directly to the card there are big limitations. You lose standard features like zoome and rotate. Recording video over a few minutes is flaky at best. Seems to have lost a 10 min video of my kid’s performance that I can never get back. I am pretty tech savvy, so not user error. Also noticed the case is prone to sliding just enough to disengage from the phone disabling charging. Need to make sure it is seated properly every time. Good ideas but poor execution.

In the process of returning this product. Did not connect to my phone and would not charge. Very disappointing.

Item worked well for a few days and then connector started to intermittently fail to charge. Tried with a new cable and same situation occurred.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thought I had found my dream iphone case - TF reader & batt case. Did proper charging per instructed from the manual; case didn't charge at all.Wrote a polite email to seller a wk ago to inquire awaiting response.Nothing.May try to figure out on my own whether it's just an old-dead battery & hopefully fix it since there seems to be no other types of cases this nice-looking, slim, and affordable.Maybe just too good to be true.

I love this case! I am still using it 2 years later. I do not want to upgrade my phone because of this case. If I do I hope they have another for my new phone, I will be buying it again. It charges the phone first so the priority is correct. Super slim for an extra battery, you will get used to it very quickly and not a sacrifice on size. I have dropped it a couple of times and still holds up like most other cases! Great surprise!
