Is this the same company out of Grand Tetons and can I order just 25 lbs thanks

Hello, yes, this is from the same company as Grand Teton Farm and Mill. That is an old label. Yes, we sell 25lbs on amazon. If you type in "Organic Spelt" it should come up.

The hull has been removed, so they are edible.

Will this grow/sprout?

Hi Rachael, I have grown microgreens commercially for years, but I've never sprouted Spelt before. My best guess is, Yes, it will. It might not be 100% germination, but I'd bet 80% is possible. Mark

are the spelt berries dehulled?

Yes, this spelt has had the hull removed so it can be used for food.
