Good viewing area and can speak to anyone in the room via your phone. A good security camera if you are away from home and you get alerts on your phone if there is movement in the room. Gives you peace of mind when you are out.

Does exactly what it says on the package and works great in the google ecosystem. We have google thermostats, doorbell and outdoor camera all feeding into google home and this is the last addition so we can keep an eye on our puppy. Work reliable and is super easy to use.

This is a good little camera but for established users of the NEST system it may be the one that forces you onto he Google Home app rather than the Nest app - which I personally find more user friendly as I can get to a camera view in less clicks. This camera does not work with the Nest App - so you get the choice of running all your cameras on google home or some here and some on Nest. Not a killer to move apps, just a bit of an annoyance. If you are just starting, not an issue at all, only an issue for legacy users.

The build is of decent quality and feels solid. The quality of the feed is sometimes questionable, the image can appear grainy under lighting where it's not bright or dark. This did feel a bit concerning but I've accepted it's not a 4k CCTV. The USB cable is decent quality and long so it can reach most places you'd want to place it. The setup was fairly quick, I was up and going within 10 minutes. I've not had a chance to test out the features like marking zones in the app for motion but I don't doubt it'll work. As for value for money, I got it during Black Friday sale so it wasn't bad however I'd probably check a couple of other options in the price range if I was paying full price.

I had two old Nest cameras that worked perfectly, but Google moving the hardware into Google home from the Nest app let's the hardware down. This camera doesn't load frequently and doesn't detect all movement and sound. Clips are too short. Replaced it with a Eufy Indoor Cam S350 which is much better software and good value overall.

Works well! Bought as extra security and also to keep an eye on the cat when we are away! You can select option to only record and notify you when a pet has entered the room. Would definitely recommend. Easy to set up and install.

I've got two of these and am very happy with how good they are, also the free tier of Google Home is extremely generous compared to other home security camera brands. The only problem I have ever experienced with these is I have twice had a 'person detected in your house' warning, and on each occasion when I checked the clip it was due to it getting dark in the evening and the camera switching to night vision mode, which for some reason the app mistook for movement / a person in the house.
