Works perfectly.
Factory piece was next to impossible to adjust the water flow function. This was EASY. I don't give many reviews a 5 star rating but this was worth it.

Perfect fit
After trying several flappers that didnโt fit quite right, this one is a perfect fit with multiple options for connection size included, so you get a perfect fit!

Works on Glacier Bay toilet -- water-saving feature helpful. Small pieces could be kid/pet risk.
Works well in my Glacier Bay two-piece toilet. There are several small pieces that I did not need, so they end up in the trash, but they could be choking hazards for small children or pets. Be careful to dispose of them and not where kids or pets can get to them. The water-saving feature may be helpful for some, but the label did not match my toilet's need. It's a bit of a hassle to adjust the flapper and then have to test it with each adjustment as you have to either remove the flapper or try to adjust it in the tank. Either way, you will have to empty the tank to make the adjustment. I ended up leaving the setting on the maximum even though the recommended setting was 3. That setting didn't fully flush, so we need more water in our toilet to get everything down on the first flush. The flapper is quite pricey for what it is, but it does have a vendor's ten-year warranty. Be sure to save your purchase records as they are needed for warranty replacement.

Advanced flapper design works perfectly
I'm glad I went with the more expensive option. I get the very lean flush I was after and after direct observation of it's design and function, I have no doubt it will give me prolonged trouble free service.

Requires more flush pressure than usual, got stuck in up position, cost me $300 in water bill
You have to really press the flush handle, putting a lot of pressure on the overflow tube. If your overflow tube mounting is with tabs instead of threaded on with a locknut (my 15yo kohler), then be careful, mine ripped right off after replacing with this unit, it happened gradually too, so the flapper got stuck in 90 degree position, and the toilet was left on vacation running costing over $300 in water bills. TLDR; don't buy if your overflow tube has tabs to mount it, flush pressure is much higher with this flapper for some reason.

Fast, Easy Replacement
This was a fast and easy replacement for the existing flapper that had deteriorated and failed. I didn't need any of the adaptors that came with it for my particular model, all I had to do was space out the brackets and snap it into place, then adjust the length of the pull chain. If it fails to last for a reasonable time, I'll update this review. For now, my toilet flushes again.
