These fit and they have really helped with the plantar fasciitis. But they do not offer much arch support are a little hard. They could be more comfortable for the whole foot but the hardness just makes them not that comfortable. But they really do relieve the pain from the plantar fasciitis.

Got the inserts yesterday and pain and pain immediately stopped! Great product! Cut to my size and was very comfortable in my shoes. A must buy for you folks suffering from heel pain. The magic is in the arch support. Will buy more.

I was happy with the fit on these and they were doing a great job alleviating my foot pain from standing on ladders and concrete all day. Unfortunately they seem to have worn down now after around 2.5 weeks (worn 9 hours a day, 5 days a week). The pain is back and after taking them out of my boots I can feel the material has been squashed much flatter than it was. I can't really justify purchasing them every 2 weeks, so I will be trying other brands. Perhaps they would work better for someone not using them quite so hard? Or someone lighter weight (less than 190lbs)? A shame since they really did provide immediate relief.

These gave my feet and heel pain almost instant relief. I love that they fit in not only my tennis shoes, but my flats as well. Not sure how long they will last before needing to be replaced, as the description says a year. I am doubtful about that but even if I have to replace every 3 months or so, the relief and comfort they give is worth it!

Worked amazing for my husband. Now my son is experiencing the same problems. I hope it works well for him too!

Great for replacing innersole that comes with your shoes that wear out quickly making your feet miserable. Pop these in and my feet are happy again. Years of abuse from running and sports have taken a toll on my feet and these have worked well in making them more comfortable

Suite à une entorse avec rupture de ligament de ma cheville droite… j’avais quotidiennement une fatigue plantaire et des douleurs au talon, surtout durant et après mes journées de travail où je piétine énormément !! Et là, le premier jour où j’ai utilisé ces semelles, je ressentais comme une gêne et des crampes au niveau de ma voûte plantaire, mais finalement, en rentrant chez moi ensuite, aucune douleur ni fatigue du pied comme avant ! Et les jours suivants m’ont apporté un confort immédiat et durable ressenti tout au long de la journée ! C’est même impressionnant pour moi, les bienfaits de ces semelles… que je regrette de ne pas avoir pris plus tôt !! Je vais même en recommandé une seconde paire d’avance ou pour d’autres chaussures !

(1) It dramatically helped reduce my medium severe case of plantar fasciitis after 3 - 6 months of use (together with regular leg stretches). (2) Arch support is not too high - suits boots and boat shoes - unlike Scholl "In-Balance" P.F. version which is does not. (3) Seems reasonably hard wearing (but I cycle through several pairs of shoes = I do not know the limits of durability). (4) Tip: For all day work boots support and comfort, Scholl "Run" - for me, at least - is a much better choice due to significantly more cushiony heel * overall support.

I bought these because my PF in both feet got so bad I was barely able to walk anymore. Within minutes of putting them in my slippers I was able to walk up and down the front room without staggering and hobbling like Frankenstein's monster in a 1930s movie. I felt like I had lost a stone in weight because movement became so much easier. I took my slippers off and repeated the same walking about barefoot - and I COULD! I actually started to cry with relief. That was at 1.30pm today and it is now 7pm. I've been wearing them continually, and managed to walk around a garden centre for a few hours with only minimal pain from my underused leg muscles (not been able to walk more than 20 yards for about 2 months now). Obviously my heels and the parts of my feet which usually hurt still do a bit, but that is to be expected as the tendons will take time to heal with continued use of these insoles. But I am optimistic. I was even able to walk down a short flight of steps without doing so sideways and taking agonised baby steps. And I walked rapidly as I always used to without thinking about it. WOW! Would highly recommend these. My only criticism would be that the women's ones are nearly £28 whilst the mens are £21 which makes no sense. You also have to get used to being almost continually aware of weird lumps under your feet, these don't feel 'natural' and I doubt that any orthotics of this nature do - that is to be expected. Regardless, it feels a damn site better to be walking on these than putting up with crippling PF!

Made a difference for my work shoes where my heel was hurting just from short distance walking. It helped and I'm ordering more
