Cats love it high-quality food
Got this recommended from rescue was given as a sample even Fussy cats love it good quality food high protein definitely will be purchasing again. Seems like a high-quality food. Definitely recommend will be purchasing this this food for a long time high digestibility good poop quality not mushy.

Good food but misleading
The description stated this food was a softer kibble and it's just as hard as all other kibble. Ingredients are great, the low temp cooking method is nice, so I will continue to use it but will mix it with water or broth to soften it

Overpriced
It's fine, though grossly overpriced and not particularly enjoyed by cats. Offered it to nine different rascals and no one was jazzed to consume it. Small bag, huge price, and fancy marketing.

Hard kernels, but would still purchase
My kittens love the taste of this kibble, but the kernels are still pretty hard, and one in particular has trouble eating it. I crush the kernels up and soak them in warm water and then mix it with the Tiki baby wet food. I definitely would not say that a 6 week-old kitten (as advertised on the bag) is ready to consume this food, as one of my 14 week-old kittens (with all his teeth and in perfect health) has difficulty with it unless it's crushed up into a dust. I wish it were a softer kibble; otherwise, I'm pleased with it.
