It is thicker than you would expect from honey, but it smells great and has a very subtle taste to it. It was mostly crystallized when it arrived.

Delicious honey
This honey is delicious. When I first tasted it I was a bit disappointed it was less sweet than my favorite, which is Wildflower. However after using it for a while, I now appreciate the subtleties and texture. I use it in my tea.

Whipped and wonderful!
This is a very nice whipped honey. It came safely packaged and has a lovely lavender flower label. I have enjoyed with buttered toast, in tea and in making lemonade.

Very faint lavender smell, honey is not smooth, almost grainy.
I was looking for floral lavender honey for my coffee and tea. A bit disappointed with the very faint almost none lavender flavor. Also the texture of the honey was grainy rather than smooth and gooey. Maybe I was having wrong expectations about lavender honey. But even if so, I was still disappointed, ‘cause it was not delicious.

Not what you think it is.
It was ok.. but I would not buy it again as it's not sweet nor does it melt/blend well.

It's a decent product. It will work well as an ingredient.
It wasn't as clear as I would have hoped. Seems rather crystalized.
