yes. Make sure you are able to use VOIP phones as these are not landline phones.

Are vetch phones compatible with yealink phones

I don't understand the question.  Do you mean can a Vtech phone connect to a Yealink base or vice versa?   If so, I don't think that is possible.  I will tell you that we, so far, are very happy Yealinks.   We use them in assisted living centers for the residents.

I recieved these phones and they came in verizon boxed.  i am thinking they are locked for verizon and i cannot set them up, how do i know?

Yes, if you received these phones and they are in a Verizon box, then you are correct, they are locked only for Verizon service, and nor Version or Yealink can unlock these phones. You got to be careful when buying products off Amazon. Their is a lot of unauthorized sellers selling equipment they should not be. Question 4

The phone came with no instuctions. When I try to update a config file the handset keeps telling me provsioning is failing what am I doing wrong?

You will need to make sure you have the W60P phone and base station for these to work. These are just the cordless phones you can add to your base station.
