I haven't had any problems with the straightner it glides through my hair effortlessly. I have very thick, frizzy hair so getting a good straightener that does the job is hard to find. But this straightener does it all! Very very good and highly recommend for anyone who has really curly or frizzy hair.

Receive very quickly within 2 days. The product is great and get really hot. You just cant adjust the temperature. But its a great product

I have very thick and coarse hair. This flat iron just did not get hot enough for me. I loved the size and the comfort grips on it. I also like that you could lock it. I ended up returning it. I'm sure it would be perfectly fine if my hair wasn't so complicated.

I've only used it a few times and have noticed a burning smell from the iron. I'm afraid to keep using it:(

It pulls single hairs on the side of the hot ironing it takes multiple times to straighten one little chunk of hair. I have fine, wavy hair. I don't dye it or anything so it's healthier than most hair these days, but after reading most of the reviews I thought it would straighten it well. Nope.
