If you're a parent of a curly-haired toddler, you already know brushing hair is a trust exercise that can end your relationship. This little comb has earned its place in our bathroom. The wood feels way nicer than a couple of similar wooden combs I've bought—smooth, sturdy, and actually feels like quality instead of "I hope this survives the week." The wide teeth glide through my daughter's curls with surprisingly little drama. Are there still tangles? Of course. She's two. She sleeps like she's training for an Olympic gymnastics event. But this comb gets through them with far less snagging and fewer negotiations than the others we've tried. Bonus points for being small enough to toss in my bag, and unlike plastic combs, it just feels...nice. Sometimes the simple things are the winners.

Love this comb! Have been using it for about a year and it looks brand new. I have frizzy wavy over '60 hair' and it gets the tangles out with no pulling. Easy to clean. I've dropped it several times and it hasn't chipped. Definitely recommend if you want a plastic free comb!

Pro: - made of wood, not plastic or metal - aesthetically pleasing - sturdy - doesn’t make my hair staticky - nice size for traveling Con: - it broke along the line of where the two diff colored woods meet, but it’s still very much usable Side note: - I have wavy hair that puffs up during humid days Overall: - highly recommend and would buy again

This comb is gentle on the hair and is very good for detangling thick hair. It is very good for traveling.

Edges are not smooth - not a gentle comb. Bought to loosen curling iron curls after they are set…. Gave terrible frizz/static right away. Had no issues with static before buying this comb. Everything else stayed the same. Really frustrating.
