SEIKO Automatic Watch for Men 5-7S Collection

This Seiko 5 replaces a Skagen purchased almost two decades ago. Workmanship and quality are prime. Being an automatic, I will never have to hunt for replacement batteries. Just have to wear it or manually wind it to keep it running. Band adjustment was simple: just watchout when you release the clip spring!). Being able to see the time in the dark is an additional benefit. The design, look, and feel is what I was seeking and profile is decent considering that it isn't a slim battery-driven watch.

This watch is mad clean. Looks fresh and has a sick sweeping motion. Even glows in the dark (divers watch) which is sick if you ever want to know the time when u take a 5 hour nap and then next thing you know you wake up and it’s pitch black out and you don’t know what time it is. Seiko has done it again with a quality time piece

The watch is perfect for a collector or someone starting out with a good time piece. The detail on the face of the watch is great. The blue and yellow really pop. It does glow in the dark ( Nice suprise detail) . Its a Sekio 5 and all 5 traits with all 5 stars!

This is my fifth seiko 5 I have purchased, but the first seiko I have purchased from Amazon. The watch fell apart internally just 5 weeks after purchase. It was worn 5-6 times and not used as a daily watch. I would recommend going with a trusted watch retailer that can offer repairs and replacements on defective products because unfortunately Amazon will not allow me to exchange or return this watch, nor will they fix the watch for me. Be careful!

My first mechanical watch! Was a little hesitant with looking at the pictures, but it looks so much better in person. The case is polished and the bracelet is brushed, I wish they would have matched the bracelet a little better, but I’m getting the center links of the bracelet polished at a jewelry store! Overall amazing watch for the money!

Edit: The watch comes in English and Spanish. I wish I knew this earlier. I did end up getting another one. The watch looked awesome and seemed solid. But the day window was shown in English in the advertisement picture, When I got it it was Spanish. Surprise! It might not be what you expect and that was disappointing. It didn’t spend much time in my possession. Got my refund that same day though.

Busqué un poco de información acerca de la calidad y su mecanismo de este reloj ,siempre me llamado la atención los relojes mecánicos en especial los relojes de marca reconocida y pues en uno de varias marcas reconocidas me recomendaron este seiko 5 así que revisé colores y me gustó una plateada.lleva aproximadamente un mes conmigo y está trabajando con buena energía.anteriormente e usado otras marcas pero no tarda mucho su energía y debo estarlo moviendo continuamente para que se mantengan trabajando pero este seiko5 es tan bueno para trabajar ,lo único es que no sé cómo ajustar bien la fecha o más bien en qué horario debo de ajustar la fecha para que amanezca cada día actualizada y otra cosa ,el brazalete es algo común así que le cambie la pulsera por un negro de cuero y el reloj se ve perfecto en la muñeca de mi mano .aclaro este cambio que yo hice ya es un gusto de lo personal ,por lo demás está en excelentes condiciones así que no dudo en recomendarle a cualquier persona.

Lovely little dress watch. The bracelet I don't like but always intended to switch to a 19mm Leather Strap. Seiko is a reputable maker and even Watch snobs will not look down on them too much.
