Extremely Poor Installation and Customer Service
I purchased this RO water purifier recently, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The installation was done by a technician who appeared inexperienced, and the machine has not been working properly since day one. It shows a TDS reading of 003 and makes unusual noise, which raises concerns about whether it was installed correctly. Because of these issues, I still cannot confidently use the purifier and am continuing to buy bottled drinking water. The bigger problem, however, is the after-sales service. I have contacted customer care multiple times and even sent emails explaining the issue. Instead of resolving the complaint, it keeps getting marked as "resolved" without any actual action being taken. No technician has visited, and in many cases customer support has been unhelpful or disconnected the call before providing any solution. At this point, I cannot comment fairly on the product itself because it has never been properly installed or inspected. However, the installation experience and customer support have been extremely poor. I am still struggling to get either the installation agency or the company to take responsibility and verify whether the machine is functioning correctly. If you are considering this product, be aware that the quality of after-sales service may be a major concern.
