Great Quality and Style
Shipping: FedEx tracking only showed a single number. Only 2 of 4 boxes arrived. Contacted seller who responded within 24 hours with the remaining 2 tracking numbers. This was not a fault of the seller, but FedEx who was understaffed at the time. All 4 boxes were received within 4 days. Assembly: I found it rather easy, but have assembled MANY of these flat pack-type products. I would say it took around 3 hours. Help is needed to raise the roof while preventing unneeded stress on the legs. I had one person which worked, but 3 would be ideal. Securing the roof panels REQUIRES more than one person as any bolt not right on the edge would be impossible to install. Someone needs to insert roof spacers and hold the nut while someone drives the bolt. Instructions were word-less but easy to follow. All parts were there with added hardware where you would expect to see it. Quality: Purchased in order to leave up in a New York winter. While it has not seen one yet, i am not worried about its ability to hold a moderate snow load and take heavy wind. The cross braces that hold the legs to the roof are surprisingly sturdy for a flat pack product like this. The coating on the entire thing has a great finish and seems really thick. As in some other reviews, i agree some parts can seem flimsy when on their own, but the finished product is plenty sturdy. UPDATE >> One winter season behind us. This handled snow loads of just under a foot with no issue, but not to say you should not keep it clear (would handle heavy winds better with no snow load). We did have a full day storm with wind gusts of up to 60 miles per hour and it is not rated for that. It is tapconned in and still standing. We do bunch up the curtains into the top corners under the roof and bungie them there to reduce anything the wind could get a hold of (in the winter season and if we know a wind storm is eminent). Mounting: It came with concrete expansion anchors that seemed a little weak, but this is not the reason i opted to NOT use them. There are no "foot" caps. So whatever you use to mount it can be seen. Some have a cap you can put on before building and lower it over after mounting. their mounts use a lock and normal washer and a bolt that even if you cut remaining thread off seems like a toe's worst nightmare if barefoot and kicked it. I opted for 2.5 in x 1/4 tapcon, hex top. It has a low profile and holds more than it needs to.

Worth the money! Easy set up with good instructions! Not only is the size ideal the itโs made from good quality materials! The seller contacted me with all three tracking numbers and was easy to communicate with! Will buy from again!

Itโs quite good looking
Pro: it is cheap Con: it is cheap The materials are quite thin and flimsy, but fit together well. It has a lot of parts and all of them are necessary for rigidity. Unfortunately it is not all aluminum but there are a lot of soft steel parts that may cause corrosion issues later on. Once assembled the gazebo looks very good, much more expensive than it is. Assembly is laborious as other reviews have noted. Getting started takes a while, sorting and finding all the parts. The frame is easy to assemble even by one dude alone, especially if using power tools. Some phases require two people like lifting the roof structure up on the frame. The roof tin is the hardest and can take several hours. The instructions are good and reading, understanding, and following them makes the assembly go smoother. I tried to outsmart the instructions and realized that the roof would have been faster to assemble per instructions. There is at least one extra of every fastener, which comes helpful as some will get lost on the way. There was some shipping damage, but the materials are very soft and easy to bend back to shape. I would not trust this in more extreme climates but in SoCal it will survive many years. I may add some rigging to keep it from hitting the house in a wind storm.

Missing parts the frame parts are not made strong be careful
Threw patio looks Goode but sine parts that are part if the frame to put a bolt to secure the roof are very weak I had one part come off so easily there is some assembly parts that go below the roof in order to be able to put a bold and the roof not bending . They did not pack enough parts I was missing 10 parts so I can't finish installing the roof. It's been a month going back and forth with amazone amd the selling promising to send the part and no parts sent by them , think twice before spending your money on this brand cus you'll hit dead ends and there is no spare parts available for it cus if there were after a month of waiting you'll think I already be finished with these project. So be bery careful. It's so disappointing and sad. When you purchase sonething and cones incomplete and defective and there is no help or accountability for the product

Worth the money
Great product. It takes time to install which is expected with bulky items, but the end result is very satisfactory. Love it

Great gazebo.
Great gazebo... take a very long time to put together. 5 people and it took almost 7 hours to complete. But you get a great product, that's very sturdy. Highly recommended this item. Only downsize the instructions have no words only pictures as the step by step.

Looks great!
Good value for the money. We purchased the 12 x 18 unit. Had a little shipping damage with a box but customer service resolved nicely. You should have at least two people and a taller step ladder (6 1/2 ft or more). Went together well, be aware there are a lot of pieces. Take your time and read directions carefully.

Instructions worthless!
Gazebo is great once you figure it out. Instructions worthless! My husband and his friend have 14 hours in project to get it completed. Both are handy with building. No way you can put this up in 5 hours unless there are multipe people installing it. If instructions were better maybe.
