When I put these in I was in my communal kitchen the ticking of the clock drives me crazy pretty quickly, I put these in my ears, I felt the pressure of them pushing my canal open not much when positioned correctly (for women out there much like a tampon, not felt when in correctly). The ticking no longer bugged me, I could hear it but it didn't wind me up even when I focused on it. Later I took a bus ride, the roar of the engine wasn't as overwhelming and difficult to process through, I put on my over ear headphones found the sound exactly the same but I needed a much lower and safer volume 60-70% of my normal 100%. Still later that day my partner picked me up in her car, I did struggle to hear her talking over the cancellation of the engine noise and removed one out of my ear. We later went to a busy restaurant (Toby carvery) for dinner and I'm sure most people know the noise, the music and chatter with clinking of knives and forks on plates this eliminates the majority of that noise again including my partner trying to talk to me, I didn't know how much noise was removed until I took them out to talk to my partner, once we had decided on what to eat I put them back in to enjoy the peace. Don't get me wrong these aren't noise cancelling ear plugs, for myself being autistic they calm my amplification of my senses, I could visually see the chaos but did not hear it to the level which would have caused me to leave the restaurant. These are amazing value and wish for anyone neurodiverse to give a try, I bought ones with the necklace bit because I can't keep earbuds in due to my small ears, I got the standard size but wanted to make sure they wouldn't fall out, I found it's a good benefit to clear any outside oils with a cotton bud before using these, they did not move until I wanted them to by hand. I will soon be buying more to try the individual ones but will be buying more colours to match outfits. These really are a godsend. Thanks to those creators bring such a great product at a great price.

They are not life changing, but they do help without making everything sound like you're underwater. I would recommend and I will be buying more

Does not dampen sound at all. Monopolising on disabilities. Gross. Avoid.

Purchased for Autistic child. Finding it a usual tool to prevent overload of background noise in the classroom. Bit expensive but worth the money to ease anxiety around noise in the classroom. Fast delivery. Would recommend.

V pleased with these, now bought several pairs. I am neurodivergent & find noisy environments or just normal street noise make it difficult to think clearly sometimes but these help a lot. You can still hear fine but they seem to filter out a lot of background noise. I prefer the ones with string as less easy to lose but without the string they'd be almost unnoticeable.

I personally found them uncomfortable and made no difference, esp to my tinnitus. Not everyone is the same, so maybe give them a go. I would advise the non-tethered ones esp if you wear glasses as the tethers can rub on the glasses arms and makes a noise

Have since brought others that fitbetter and work better. Liked the idea of not being able to lose these but struggled to find a way that wasnt too sensory. I found myself constantly messing with the neck pice which quickly broke

got these because I'm autistic and get overwhelmed easily with lots of sounds going on. I use these religiously at work and they definitely help but unfortunately don't drown out the voice of my annoying colleague.

I have misophonia from my ADHD, which has been getting increasingly more difficult to handle. I got these in preparation of hosting a sleepover for three energetic little girls, and I'm so glad I did. I don't notice any noise reduction at all, but when it came time to eat together at the table (the hardest part of the day for me), I realized that I wasn't focusing on the chewing/mouth noises that usually send me into a tense and panicked spiral. Those sounds were drastically cut down, and what I could hear (bc what kid doesn't talk with food in their mouth) wasn't sending me over the edge for once. It's not a miracle product, but it makes enough of a difference that I'm glad I got them

Trying hard to like these but 1. They hurt my ears (pressure maybe too big) guess I’m not part of the 90% that they fit. 2. Made conversations outside my windows worse, sounding like loud buzzing and made me feel less calm! 3. Not feeling they are making any real difference. Will try for a few more days, but right now I would not recommend these. I was hoping that I could find something that didn’t completely block sound like my airpods and foam earplug do, but I guess I’m stuck.

Réduit le son sans atténuer totalement les sons donc pratique par exemple dans les restaurants où il y a trop de bruits, attenue les autres sons et cela nous permet de nous concentrer sur nos conversations
