I've been waiting for this specific set to come back in stock for m.o.n.t.h.s. I'd purchased Ellette in a large tube from the Makartt site directly with another purchase awhile back, but this set is hard to get. There are gel polishes with a similar effect but I love the poly due to the dimensions you get from the glitters.Anyway, I used Rosalia (sp?) right away BUT... I used it on top of a full nail tip that I also put a single thin coat of a rosy jelly gel polish by GAOY underneath to add depth.Being a clear jelly gel this was a bit stickier than the norm for Makartt, but that was fine because I expected it. I used 91% alcohol as slip, but sparingly because clear gels are weird with rubbing alcohol. I discovered using BASE COAT AS SLIP is superior for jelly poly gel. It was perfect for this case. Especially as I used my new nail stand set to do the nails 1st.SUGGESTION: CURE FOR 2 MINUTES; DO NOT WIPE STICKY LAYER. Use it to your advantage. Just put top coat on asap & cure then decorate & cure & top coat again.You're going to have to top coat 2X is what I'm saying, after a 2 min cure.ETA: The kit only has the 4 tubes of poly gel without any add-ons. Also, it's my own fault but the tubes are much smaller than I thought they'd be. I knew they wouldn't be large tubes, but they seemed smaller than usual and when I checked oz I saw why. So I use them to cover tips.oh!!! The Merlot rubber base gel is beautiful under this polygel.

Very professional hybrid gel very easy to use the brush is great. Colors are very true to the swatch on the squeeze bottles

Although these are very pretty pastels, it’s takes at least 2 layers to achieve an actual color. The pink is a perfect nude base for French Tips. The green is a minty fresh type color and the yellow could be a little more pigmented. These are extremely sticky so use caution when working with them. Altogether, I would recommend clear tips for an achievable blend.

I absolutely LOVED these colors!! However, for the price I was expecting better quality. Its ok. If you have experience working with different kids of polygel & nail extensions in general you def won't have any problems, but now that I've tried a few brands, I personally think ToBeGlam is THE best!!
