It was great . It was easy to digest and it did not have any side effects . It had positive effect on my ability to walk . I Have tried many calcium tablets but none was as good as this one .

Best Calcium supplement
My calcium was low. I had been taking tums as a calcium supplement but it was still a struggle to keep my numbers even into the low range of normal. I switched to sapling brand and only have to take one per day to keep my numbers solidly within normal limits.
