Non scrivo molte recensioni ma questa salsa è buonissima. Gusto intenso, deciso e mai stancante, se siete abituati al piccante forse la troverete un poco delicata ma se siete aile prime degustazioni è perfetta. Ottima sulle bistecche, costine o carni di ogni sorta o in panini e insalate senza esagerare per non coprire il gusto originale, la dovrò comunque provare su pesce ( non quelli troppo delicati) o molluschi, e anche nella zuppa è squisita. Consigliatissima.
