Defective design, but replaced by Saucony customer service
I really liked these shoes. They are comfortable with good arch support and fit well. My only complaint is that I've only had them 7 months and this appears to be a design flaw as both shoes got holes in them in the exact same place. Directly above the Saucony logo on the inside of both shoes, the mesh fabric ripped. I am not a runner. Rather I got these shoes for their recommended arch support. So they have been gently worn throughout that time. This appears to just be a design or manufacturing flaw in the shoes. I will buy another pair of Saucony's to replace them, however, I will be looking more closely at the design.UPDATE:Since it was too far past the purchase date for Amazon to replace this product, I chose to contact Saucony. I wrote them a nice email stating that this didn't appear to be normal wear and tear and explained the situation. I expected to get maybe a coupon or gift card for a small amount. Their customer service responded back asking for additional information to process a defective claim. I was happy to oblige the few photos they requested. Also, in case they were deemed defective, they asked me to provide options for possible replacements within the same cost range as the original shoes. I provided 3 model numbers and sizes from their website as requested. I am happy to report today, that they have approved my claim and are going to be sending replacement shoes. The odd part was, I had to cut the tongue out of the shoe and send one last picture of that, but obviously that prevents fraudulent or duplicate claims, so no problem here. I would have liked to have kept them as yard work shoes, but for a free brand new pair - I can deal with that! The emails back and forth took about 2 weeks, but it was also around the holidays, so a slight delay was not a concern.Thank you to Saucony for their dedication to standing behind their product and excellent customer service. I have changed my review to 5 stars and look forward to receiving my new shoes!

Updated Review
Updated Review - Updating from three starts to four:The Saucony's became much more comfortable after wearing a few more weeks. By then there was enough room for regular sized socks and heel inserts for needed arch and back support. For thirty dollars, which is what I paid, Saucony's Grid Ignition 2 is basically okay for limited activities like around the house and the yard or a short walk. I sized up and there still isn't room for regular sized socks. It should be noted too that I have a narrow to medium sized feet and long toes and the medium size for width barely fits. There is some arch support, not much for the rest of the foot. I like that the material is stain resistant, I've worn several times on a wet lawn with no telltale sign of wear but these "running shoes" are not comfortable for all day wear or running.

Sqeezed again, so dissapointed
I thought I did my homework before purchasing this particular shoe, of trying too find an upgraded pair of what I had which were the bomb! I went with the size of my last pair of Sauconys that were as close to the same attributes, because from day 1 they felt great even with my chronically wide feet. These are beautiful shoes! I tried them on immediately and they fit tightly with normal sport socks, but nice with thin socks; enough that I felt confident they'd be fine for wear. One time out on a .81 mile and they squeezed my feet and thin socks rubbed my foot raw in front?!? I should've got maybe 1/2 size longer and wide according to my last pair and how this pair did, I can't return them now, as they have been used on pavement and dirt. I am buying another pair, not for running this time but for walking. I am not giving up on this pair though, I will try to "hopefully" break them in, if that's possible. Other wise I'd easily give them a 5.

Great cushioning, a little tight fit
I hesitated purchasing a shoe online without having tried it on in the store first, but I am familiar with how Sauconys fit, wear, etc. with my foot and how I use them. I am not disappointed with what I received. I am extremely satisfied with the cushioning, support and overall feel of this shoe. The fit is a little tight over the bridge (top) of my foot. However, after "wearing them in" a few times, they are perfect now. I would recommend these shoes for people with narrow feet (like mine). I think they wouldn't work so well for those with wide feet...? And the shipping was super-fast. Very pleased overall.

Runs smaller and narrower than typical Saucony
I've been running in Saucony's for years and always loved their wider toe box and that their running shoes were comfortable from the start. This shoe runs smaller and narrower than any Saucony I've owned in the past. Not loving it. Hoping it will stretch a bit before it irritates my little toe. It's the first (and last) time I'll ever order shoes online without trying them on first, even if I know the brand.

Love my Saucony Grid Raider.
OK! I bought these merely because they did not have my size in the Grid Raider and due to the fact that I do love Saucony. However, I am not thrilled about them, but I have only used them twice, they are just OK for right how, maybe once I break them in I'll love them as well. I'll update my post later after convincing myself to use them more often.

great shoe
True to saucony the shoe is comortable and supportive but better for a more narrow foot. I have a slightly wider foot and felt like this shoe was cutting off blood supply, but when I loosen the laces as far as they'll go it fits much better so it's the comfort of my cohesion 6 almost. Love how light and airy love the colors!

running shoe-saucony grid ignition ll
Loved the look of the shoe. Cushion is great. Ordered a 7 1/2; was way too big, so I exchanged for a 7, and I'm thinking it's too small. True to size? I'm not so sure.Been running in saucony for 28 years. Think I'll go to athletic stores so I'm able to try them on. Hate sending things back and forth.
