Was not comfortable for my feet. Seems to be of decent quality but, is not a good fit for Me!

I really love these workin in the attic! You need to put your feet in interesting places and boots can make that difficult in certain areas especially in tighter spots. These shoes are amazing in the attic cuz I can wedge my feet like bare feet so I set my self up in some tight areas even better than my boots but I still have protection similar to boots over bare feet. There aren't many things to get cut with in most attics I've been in so the light protection is a worthy trade off vs. hiking thru dense stickers, I'd go with my boots over these ;) They very easy to clean out the insulation too which boots are not easy to clean out with that stuff. My maneuverability is significantly increased too just cuz they're not clunky/bulky. They don't really get caught on things either and if something gets stuck in em, I slip em off, fix it and slip em on easily. Try that with boots in an attic ;) Of all the places I initially thought these shoes would be great for, it's the attic where they truly shined. They weren't bad hiking off on the trails either and were very helpful in the river. I'll try them more and I might like em more but in Arizona and the places where my animal takes me, boots are usually in my best interest. Walking on concrete was not very pleasant but I don't see they were really meant for that. Walking barefoot honestly felt a bit better on the concrete. Simply I just wouldn't use them for long walks on concrete but trail terrains are good :)

I tried minimalist shoes from Whitin, Saguaro, and Weweya. The soles of all three were similar. The footbed (where the insole lays on top of) of the Whitin and Weweya are made of a rubbery material. This material has not held up well in my Whitin shoes and causing some molding on the bottom of the insoles. The Saguaro footbed appears to be a nylon fabric that I expect to be most durable and breathable. The Saguaro uppers are made of thin nylon(??) material that seems durable so far. This material has little padding and rubs on my bare skin a little. The Saguaro shoes have the lowest profile of the three, making sock choices more relevant. These shoes are also the best-looking of the three. The Weweya's appear to have superior uppers, being thicker with more padding and more durable materials. The Weweya shoes did not get much wear time because the rubber sole wraps over the top of my toes and grips my toes uncomfortably. I guess my toes are too thick for Weweya shoes I have since returned.
