I’ve only started taking these for two days for adhd. Already I am thinking clearer! Less brain fog and my inner voice is quieter.I’m actually amazed at the results and trying not to get too excited, it is early days but wow so far so good.

I tried some Saffron before and felt it did some good, but hard to put my finger on. I thought it might all be a placebo effect and stopped taking it, as it was quite expensive. A few months later I saw these at a good price, so I having been trying again - with the same result. I do feel a general boost to my physical and mental health - a sense of well-being and being a bit more buoyant when there is some kind of knockback. Again, hard to tie it down, but I'm more prepared to believe in it this time and these are a very good price for Saffron that is usually significantly more expensive.

This 100mg saffron supplement comes in a slim resealable pack of 30 tablets. So if taking 1 per day will last a month. They have a good use by date of more than 2 years. Though it does say you can take 1 or 2 per day.I took this supplement as it's supposed to give a sense of general wellbeing and clarity .To be honest may need a longer period but I haven’t noticed that much of an effect yet , though at the moment everyone seems down with these months of awful weather.Saffron however has quite a few beneficial properties so it’s probably worth carrying on.The tablets are suitable for vegans and vegetariansBeing small round tablets these are easy to take and leave no aftertasteCan't see where they are made but it's a UK based supplier.To sum up , the product may have value but for me it’s fairly limited at the present, however considering saffron is such an expensive commodity these at under £6 for 30 seem reasonable value.

I’ve had trouble staying asleep at night for the past few years. These have dramatically changed that, when I wake up now it only takes me a short amount of time to get back to sleep, so no more 4/5hr nites. Note, this doesn’t help with the initial start of the night and getting to sleep, only remaining asleep

Saffron extracts aren't cheap but this is a good value one.The pills are small enough to swallow without discomfort and there are no side effects that I noticed. 100mg is about average for these kind of tablets and they improved my sleep quality like others I have tried.
