The amounts of each of mg for all the ingredients for Vision Alive Max is shown on the back of the bottle which you can enlarge when you go to Amazon's site to purchase the bottle. All the information is there. I have been taking it and I find it has helped my eye sight as confirmed by my doctor. Hope that this helps.

I have no idea unless the site was hijacked? I order mine direct from Holistic Labs and have never had a problem. I would check with them directly and they usually are really good about responding and removing any questionable charges.
