As with everything IT Cosmetics I’ve tried, this product is wonderful. I have hypersensitive skin and this has not caused any breakouts. I have not tried for mascara removal as I wear a tubing mascara, but it breaks up everything from sunscreen to powders for easy removal. It also has a lovely fragrance. What I will say is the price point is WAY out in left field. I have found another makeup remover for Eyes Lips Face (hint hint) that is less than half of the cost for equal performance, and similar volume (3.5oz v 4oz here). I won’t knock Bye Bye Makeup, but it’s not value-add to my routine, unfortunately. With IT being the midline product for L’Oreal this item needs to come down in price to be more accessible IMO.

I absolutely LOVE the scent! It takes my makeup off with ease. (Literally just wipe it off.) I would use a good cleanser after using it. As it dies have a tendency to make me break out.
