Ditch your favourite Italian Pizza Joint!
I bought this oven through Sage UAE directly, but this is the easiest way to create a perfect Neapolitan pizza every time you use it! The only electrical pizza oven I know which looks stylish and reaches 400 C plus which is required to bake a perfect Neapolitan pizza with the right amount of charring and leopard spotting in 2 minutes! It is pricey but if you think that ‘Pizza is not food, it is a life style!’ you are at the right place. Best results with a type 00 flour (I prefer Caputo Cuoco) with 65% hydration and 48hrs cool proofing. Tastes better than any pizzeria I tried in the Middle East!

Sage pizza oven
Great product with lots of settings. Wood Oven mode is the best if you like leopard spotted crusts. Tried the thin n crispy setting, also very effective. The oven takes about 20 mins to warm depending on setting. Great pizza paddle and deep pan dish included. Only negative is cleaning. If toppings are spilt it burns off and cause quite a scene. The only way to clean the pizza stone is allow to cool. Overall a great investment with hours of fun making your pizza with kids or adults, definitely recommended.

We now have Pizza Friday and it is great fun and the results are really tasty. Children say it is the best thing I have ever bought!
