Great for cold proofing
Brilliant for my bread making. I use them for cold proofing my sourdough. Just line them with a plastic head cover and then a hair cover before putting dough in. Don’t forget to flour too

Good but a little shalllow
Used for flower petals for Asian wedding (Baraat). They are good and perfect for decorating yourself (This what we did). They are a little shallow though.

Bread basket
I use these as an alternative to banneton baskets when making sourdough. It’s the perfect size to proof a loaf of bread and a lot cheaper when bulk baking. I’ve used them for many months and they’ve held up great.
