Brazillian Gaucho Chef!!!
Good knife long and watch out for the curved tip which curves up(Arabian Knife style). It cuts right of the plastic in whick is packed. I still have to sharpen it to get that File cut on the meats. Butcher wise this is just the one for us. I have experiencing with the 12"Mundial as a Meat-carver. They work really well and as they have wear and tear toughness. This steel stays sharp is strong enough to hold its own for a while and not so easy to find specially the 14" since its my first. Its an eye catcher for sure since they consider it a machete. A nice one at that. With a steel sharpening rod and finish with ceramic rod for those really detailed cuts. After a while depending on the stone you use since i use the coarse to take out the layers and medium to maintain. Fine only when filleting. Happy butchering and carving.

BEST BANANA KNIFE
Best scimitar for the money (for my use). Handle is the most ergonomic. Blade has a perfect belly. Super light and manageable. High carbon but not TOO high. Tackles the most stubborn bananas with ease.

Nice, sharp knife
The handle has a nice shape to it and feels solid. The blade is on the thin side, which makes it great for slicing up large items like watermelon, pineapple, etc. Great value for the price!

Great knife if bigger is better
This is a monster. Servicable quality. For the price, it's a bargain. Not the most used knife in my arsenal but when that extra size is required this is the go to knife. Great knife but probably too large for average use and user.

Nice LONG blade!
Nice long knife for constant slicing. I slice almost everything by hand and if you don't have enough length, eventually you will notice your forearm, wrist and knuckles begin to wear out and ache all the time because you're using for muscle and force rather than the blade. As others have mentioned it is a bit flimsier than expected but that's ok!

Amazing for tomahawks and large roasts.
I live the length and comfort handle.
