Welcome Support for a Sore Hamstring
When dealing with a likely pinched nerve, which is causing hamstring pain, I decided to try this type of compression sleeve to provide support to that area of the upper thigh. I'd never had a need for anything like this in the past, so this is all new to me. At the same time that I ordered this set of two braces, I also ordered a bulkier adjustable kind with Velcro straps. These Blitzu compression sleeves are far superior to the other one I tried. They are more sleek and can be worn under clothing, without screaming that you're depending on compression support to get around. For laundering, I pop them in a zippered mesh lingerie bag, then wash in the washing machine, and hang to dry. They come out perfectly with that method. I have worn one of the sleeves directly against my skin for a period time, and I've also worn one over a light pair of legging shorts. There's presently only one thigh / hamstring in need of support, so it's great to have a pair of the compression sleeves - one to wear / one to wash. The thickness is lightweight, but the compression gets the job done. I sized up as I didn't want too much compression while sitting at my desk. That has worked out fine so far. Wearing the sleeve did allow me the support to do more walking than I had been comfortable doing without it. It also allows me to bend over and pick up something on the floor without burning, shooting pain in the hamstring muscle. This has been a good purchase for my current health challenges.

Believe it or not.... I started using them on my knees (not thighs) nd I love it!
When I started playing pickleball 5-6 times a week, I ran into the limits of what my body can withstand: over the last few months I had issues with tight fascia, tight muscles, tight IT band (which is also fascia). I had to take some time off and recover. I tried several compression sleeves in hope they would help, both when I played with onset of discomfort and during recovery. I have a sleeve designed for the knee which is tight, tried it, it is a tight fit but perfectly tolerable, and I found that within hours it makes the pain around the knee worse. Much worse. Probably too much pressure (on the patella?) is not necessarily good. I pulled this thigh sleeve over the knee, it sits not too tightly (not surprisingly, as sizing was for the hip), I can squeeze all my fingers under it easily, but it is not lose either, and every time I put it on, the painful feelings around the knee subside within hours! It exerts some gentle compression but not too much, and creates a feeling of warmth. I can walk in it through the day and can sleep in it. I am a tall guy with wide bones, so I was already using the largest size of knee sleeve but it was still too tight, evidently. So I use it not as intended, but in this capacity, it works wonders! It is long enough to cover the knee, and if it does not have a slightly bent in the middle shape, who cares - it is very flexible! Now, the downside is that it stretches out and becomes lose after several days, even when it is used on the knee where it is stretched less. It literally becomes wider by half an inch when folded! But I found an easy fix. You do what you are not supposed to do - wash it in hot water and dry it in a dryer (I still use medium heat, though). Then the fabric shrinks, it becomes smaller again, back to the size where it started, with no visible damage of any kind. I think it is a gentle compression combined with a warming effect that does the trick. Whatever is the component of its magic, it works for me, and I will take it!

Compression is amazing
I really like these thigh sleeves. I purchased due to having vein ablations and I will need to wear compression for 3 weeks. They are not too tight and they don't seem to slide down, but they work very well. The compression is comfortable would buy again. They seem very durable and the price is amazing.

Good Support
True to size. The XL fits me well. Does not pinch, roll or slide down my leg. Was shipped and received quickly. Gives support comfortably without being hot. Love them!

Effective Support
White / Gray Accents Size: XL Easy to pull onto larger thighs (26"). Provides effective support without cutting circulation. Plan to wear them to relieve groin pain that resulted from an intense walking regimen. Nice length - Good coverage beneath long shorts & the color may not show through.

Still a disaster, doesn't stay up or work
Tried the knee sleeve to disastrous results and the quad sleeve is no better. Measured my quad and ordered the correct size. As with the knee sleeve.....no matter what.....this will not stay up on your quad. It fits great when you put it on. Take 3 steps and it immediately starts to slide down your leg and won't stay in place. It's advertised to have some "non-slip gel grip"....yeah right. This stuff doesn't work at all and to be honest, you get no real compression from it.
