My first attempt didn't work, so I contacted the support email listed in the manual. They got back to me within a couple days and were very helpful and informative right off the bat. It turned out that I hadn't soaked the applicator sleeve thoroughly enough -- once I did that, following the video they sent me, I had great results. The product seems to be good quality so far, comes with lots of supplies, and was easy to use once I got that one mistake squared away. The support was a pleasant surprise. Most places, when you contact them, it seems like their priority is getting you to go away. Some will start off by pointing you to their FAQ or telling you to do something you already told them you tried. Gold Plating Services *actually read* my email before responding and pointed me to exactly what I needed, and made it clear that they were going to stick with it if I still had problems. They said "We will get you fixed and plating no matter what." 5 stars.

Very easy to use, great instructions and everything is on point. I feel like a pro just on my first try i love this kit!

Don’t buy to gold plate guns , it doesn’t do A good job, I wasted over 1000$ on this machine and does a terrible job platting even after following all the steps
