I am gluten and egg free so it is nearly impossible to find a tasty bread with great texture. This is the only bread I have found to fit my needs! I recently served it at a luncheon and 5 other people immediately went out to purchase it.

I have been gluten free 9 years. When I started, due to my diagnosis, there was one bread (energy) in most stores. As the amount of gluten free breads increased, I thought hamburger buns and hot dogs buns would get better. They didn't. When walking through Sprouts, I found these and thought, "it's new and the others are so bad, it can't be worse." I was shocked that this tasted to me like real buns!!!! But I've been without real bread a long time. So I had my sister and a friend over and made burgers. They were told we were trying beyond burgers (and those were our burgers) but they were not told the buns were gluten free. When I told them, they were surprised. So even to gluten eaters this tastes like the real thing!!!
