OakleyMen's Ox5138 Tie Bar Rectangular Prescription Eyewear Frames

I generally hate wearing glasses but the Oakley Tiebar Titanium frames are so light that i forget that i am wearing glasses. Also they do not leave wear marks on my nose like other glasses i have owned in the past.

I've had various Oakley glasses over the years. All of them had ear socks and standard plastic nose pieces. These Tie Bar has smooth coated ear pieces and slick/metallic nose pieces. I am constantly adjusting these glasses up my nose due to slippage. Quite annoying. I was told by Oakley that the mounting system of the nose pieces are different and the standard plastic ones can't be used. I'll try the Lens crafter store here to see if they can do anything to help me. Meanwhile I'm using my older glasses because they stay in place.

Poor crafting. Looks good but you may need several trips to optician to fix it. I bought it from Oakley directly with True Digital. After 3 months Left temple came out(not broken just came out of its joint, see the picture) Oakley optician changed the temple. Again after a month right Temple came off. Decided not to go back because not worth to spent time on it. Lenses were also not crafted well. Edges were not finished well. Before I bought Barrelhouse and conductor from Oakley with Oakley lenses. No complaints about it.

Loved the product. Unfortunately my lens prescription is such that they cannot fit. Found out Oakley has limitations on lens thickness.
