This is was my first time ever trying Nitric Oxide and it did not disappoint. For anyone that was on the fence wondering if this particular Nitric Oxide brand works it does. For reference I work out all year every year but I always take a break when winter season comes on before restarting again when spring comes around (I do try to treat my workouts like nature intended, animals retract in the winter and hibernate, I retreat by letting go of my diet, workouts etc but work more on ideas for business or plans for next year or internal mind work).Anyone that works out a lot knows when you take breaks like these and let go of your diet, you are definitely going to feel your first workout of the year again and you will also have a noticeable difference in cardio/pumps. Total time since my last workout was 5 months, with this product I didn't notice it on the first day but at then end of the first week, woah!! I felt like as if my cardio never left. I felt so pumped and energized through each workout as if I never stopped for those 5 months!! This worked so good that sometimes during my workouts I wouldn't be able to catch up with my own pace, by that I mean I would do a workout and get pumps so good that when I was done being in the zone/workout my heart was racing/cardio was through its limit!!! Lol, for me this is good because I train for high intensity and circuit training. I'm looking for these pumps and this product delivers!!! Buy it!! For me no noticeable side effects and no flavors. Actually maybe some bloating in the mornings but nothing crazy that's telling me don't buy this again.

I’ve been taking this consistently before workouts and I’m honestly impressed with the results. After about a week or two I started noticing fuller pumps in the gym and more vascularity, especially in my arms and shoulders during upper body workouts. My veins definitely pop a little more now, not anything crazy unrealistic, but enough to notice compared to before. I also like that it doesn’t give that shaky or overstimulated feeling that some pre-workout products do. It feels more clean and smooth, just better blood flow and endurance during training. Capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a pretty long time too. Overall I’m really happy with it and it actually does what it claims. If you’re looking for something to help with pumps, vascularity, and workout performance without a bunch of caffeine, this is worth trying.
