These handrails were exactly as described and were easily installed. The finish is satin smooth and very attractive. The fit was perfect for our project and very stable.

I normally don't bother writing product reviews but this one is an exception. Ordered the 48" long bronze textured railing package.... exceeded my expectations. very well made, solid, strong brackets, they even included the correct drill bit to mount the tube to the brackets. Should last a very long time at my front porch entry. Didn't need the instructions, but they were straight forward and easy to understand

A bit difficult to install. If you are good with tools and measurements it just takes time and calibration. Its high quality mate finish looks great. It’s very strong. We got it to help our aging parents up our front steps.

Pleased with the purchase overall. Build quality seems solid, installation was a breeze. Love the ability to install the mounting hardware according to the needs of the site verses having fixed, pre installed mounting points predetermined by the manufacturer. The adjustability of the install definitely makes the purchase worth it and it make it fit to the pre-existing verses having to make the environment fit the handrail. Customer service is also outstanding in their timely response and handling of requests. In my setup, the two provided mounts “worked” but because of how (and where) I needed to mount the railing it needed a third mount to ensure the stability I required. Sent a message to the seller and in less than 3 hours they responded and an additional mount was on the way.

I chose and installed this 72" Handrail and found it very high quality, easy to install and very sturdy. I have a four foot gap between supports and even in the middle, it does not budge when you lean on it hard. This was a good choice.

We like the look and it installed fairly easy

Ordered the 7' & it came with three wall connectors. Used two of them & it's solid as can be. Very happy with the product, would order again. Why four stars? There were scratches on the finish I could hide. It was extremely well double packed so it left their building and got through their QA dept with scratches. I almost returned it but hid the damage. Intermediate type project, need to drill the bar for screws. Matched our black balusters perfectly.

This is a study handrail that is both functional and visually appealing. Very Durable

Excellent quality product. Easy to install. However, one of the measuring instructions for the mounting screws, was a bit confusing.

The material is solid, easy to install

Exactly as pictured. Could be a bit farther from the wall for easier grasping for an outside railing. I'm satisfied.

The hardware is subpar you need the blue concrete screws!
