This product is magical. I have a very bad cough and tried every product (cough drops, cough syrups, Puffers, meds). Just trying it once and my chest felt so much clearer. My lungs do not hurt as much and my cough is significantly decreased. I placed a few pieces (half a teaspoon worth) in one litre of boiling water. Stirred. And then inhaled the vapours (steaming). You need very little of this product. Too much and it will burn your eyes. It is very strong. If you are steaming, you will see the liquid solidifying after an hour.
